Data & Transformation Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong data and enterprise transformation experience to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation program. This role will complement the Salesforce Project Manager already supporting the program and will focus on the data, migration, integration, and cross-functional workstreams required to successfully implement and scale Salesforce across multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate has managed complex data initiatives within enterprise technology programs and understands the relationship between data, business processes, integrations, Salesforce, and organizational change. Responsibilities • Lead project planning and delivery for data-related workstreams supporting the Salesforce transformation. • Coordinate data migration, data quality, data governance, integration, and data readiness activities. • Work closely with the Salesforce PM, Technical Lead, business stakeholders, data teams, and implementation partners. • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items. • Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and migration activities. • Manage dependencies between Salesforce, source systems, integrations, and downstream applications. • Partner with business teams to define data requirements and establish data ownership. • Coordinate testing and business validation of migrated and transformed data. • Identify data-related risks early and drive resolution across technical and business teams. • Support pilot planning and execution and prepare data workstreams for expansion across additional divisions. • Provide regular status updates to program leadership and stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure data-related deliverables remain on schedule. • Support governance and decision-making around data standards, quality, ownership, and readiness.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology or transformation programs. • Demonstrated experience leading data, data migration, data integration, or data transformation initiatives. • Experience working on Salesforce implementations or major CRM transformation programs. • Experience coordinating technical and business teams across complex projects. • Strong understanding of data mapping, migration, data quality, integrations, and data governance. • Experience managing project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and vendor relationships. • Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a large transformation program.
