Using the site

This site introduces WEREP LLC, its consulting and delivery, staffing and recruiting, and project-management training interests. Site content is general information. A service description, job listing, course, or cohort page is not by itself an offer, promise of employment, confirmed enrollment, or agreement to deliver work. The parties must separately confirm the applicable scope, eligibility, dates, price, and other terms in writing.

Accounts and workspaces

Some features require an account and are available only to people who have been assigned the relevant role. Use your own account, keep sign-in information private, and use only the records and actions authorized for you. Do not share credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, or use another person’s account. Contact We-Rep through the contact form if you believe access is incorrect or compromised. We may restrict workspace access when needed to protect users, records, or the service, subject to applicable agreements and requirements.

Your submissions

Provide accurate information that is relevant to the form or workflow, and submit information about another person only when you have authority to do so. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, medical information, or unrelated confidential material through a general contact form. Submit sensitive documents only through a designated upload flow when We-Rep requests them. Application and enrollment submissions are handled under the Privacy Notice; submitting one does not guarantee selection, employment, or a seat in a course.

Hiring, learning, and third-party names

People make recruiting and hiring decisions; system-generated information is not a final selection decision. Course descriptions identify proposed learning content and do not claim accreditation unless We-Rep separately and expressly confirms it. Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and other product names identify products or service interests; their appearance does not by itself mean We-Rep is sponsored, certified, or officially affiliated with their owners.

Availability and external services

Features may be changed, unavailable, or dependent on a third-party service. A link or integration does not make that provider’s service part of this agreement; the provider’s own terms may apply to its service. We-Rep does not promise that every feature will be available without interruption. Nothing on this page changes a separate signed agreement between you and We-Rep.
