Salesforce QA / Test Lead

About the role

We are seeking Salesforce QA/Test professionals to support testing across a large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation program. The testers will work closely with the Salesforce PM, Technical Lead, business stakeholders, developers, data teams, and implementation partners to ensure Salesforce solutions meet functional, technical, integration, and business requirements. Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce implementations. • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing. • Test Salesforce Sales and Service functionality, workflows, automation, integrations, and data. • Validate data migration and data quality across Salesforce and connected systems. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution. • Work closely with developers and technical leads to troubleshoot and resolve defects. • Support test planning for pilot implementations and subsequent divisional rollouts. • Coordinate with business users during UAT and assist with test execution and issue resolution. • Validate integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. • Maintain test documentation, results, defect reports, and traceability. • Support regression testing as new functionality is introduced across the Salesforce program. • Help establish repeatable QA and testing processes as the Salesforce platform scales.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of software QA/testing experience. • Experience testing Salesforce implementations in an enterprise environment. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing. • Experience testing data migration, data transformation, and data quality. • Experience creating test cases, test plans, defect reports, and test documentation. • Experience supporting UAT with business stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. • At least one current, active Salesforce certification is preferred.
